Hello everyone. We have 3 schools that have distinguished themselves with graduation this year. I’ll call them 1,2,3 to make it clearer.
School No. 1. Graduates of one of the classes flew to Turkey to celebrate graduation for several days. Cost approximately 500 euros per person, 5* hotel all inclusive. It was the parents’ idea, the children agreed. We flew with the teacher without parents. Of 30 people, 22 celebrated, the rest overboard.
School No. 2. The teacher suggested flying to Vienna for 3 days instead of the traditional graduation. Parents and children agreed. Apparently the teacher wanted to go to Europe for free. Surely her parents paid for her travel.
School No. 3. The parents gave the children a red carpet and ordered a Hummer limousine. It costs 130 USD per hour. Of the 29 people, 17 went, the rest are out of work.
Why am I all this, but to the fact that some parents don’t know how to show off and show how cool they are, and the rest are rogues.
In the comments, I’ll leave you photos from this year’s graduations of our schools, if possible. Tell us what interesting and memorable graduations you or your children had. Photos are welcome.

My friend's situation. She lives with her husband and daughter in an apartment owned by her mother-in-law. Until recently, relations with my mother-in-law were quite peaceful, she helped very well with her granddaughter, gave gifts, sat when necessary.
But recently, in a quarrel with her husband, a friend, out of emotion, did not speak very well about the quality of her husband’s upbringing in his family. The husband immediately decided that she hated his mother and conveyed to her mother her words spoken in the heat of the moment.
Since then, the mother-in-law has broken off all relations with her son’s family, refuses to sit with her granddaughter, quoting in plain text those careless words of her daughter-in-law, and in general behaves like a touchy teenager. The guys are now saving up for the down payment, but the husband began to say that his mother is not happy that a person who is hostile to her lives in her apartment. All my friend’s attempts to talk to her mother-in-law do not bring results; she simply refuses to discuss anything.
How to get out of this absurd situation?

We talked about personal boundaries with my mother) And with my husband? What are they? Are there issues that you will never discuss with him? And how much “freedom” do you allow in marriage? A couple of times in a cafe with a friend? Separate vacation? Hobby 5 times a week? Or just together? To what extent do these boundaries coincide with you?

My 12-year-old daughter has already been tortured. Height 167, weight 55, size xs. The figure is female, looks about 16 years old. My husband bought himself a scale a long time ago, she constantly weighs herself, if the scale shows 100 grams more, she begins to whine and refuses to eat. Well, how he refuses... We put off breakfast, lunch and dinner, and instead hamster everything we can get our hands on. Yesterday, for example, I came across ice cream, chips, sausage and cottage cheese casserole. Those. The child is not at risk of anorexia, but digestive problems are on the way. I'm tired of explaining about nutritious diets, proper nutrition. She suggested she see a nutritionist, but she doesn’t want to. The question is how to feed the child.
