  2. Beat the eggs, add flour and some chopped olives, mix. Divide the resulting mixture into two parts. Fry two pancakes.
  3. Place the finished omelette on top of the chicken fillet, place a thin cheese stick on the edge, form a roll, and secure with toothpicks.
  4. After rolling the meat rolls in flour, fry in a frying pan with vegetable oil, covered, over low heat. After 15 minutes, turn over to the other side.
  5. Cut the finished appetizer into pieces 3 cm thick. Use vegetables for decoration.

Mini sandwiches

Cook with your favorite ingredients. For example, cover a piece of brown bread or baguette with cream cheese and place caviar on it. A sprig of greenery will complement this perfect blowing. You can replace the caviar with a slice of red fish.

Snack rolls

Snack rolls are also popular among the people. They are prepared using lavash. Place the filling into the sheet pita bread, for example, ham with cheese and herbs or red fish with melted cheese and herbs. Preparation:

  1. Prepare the lamb. Make a neat cut along the entire length of the bone, trim the flesh, cut the connection of the bones at the joint, remove the bones.
  2. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, zest, lemon juice, and pepper. Stir. Treat the lamb with the resulting mixture, wrap it in film, and put it in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours.
  3. Peel and chop the garlic. Pour a little vegetable oil into the frying pan, add garlic, fry until golden brown, and then transfer the contents to a clean container.
  4. Finely chop the parsley and rosemary leaves, mix with garlic oil, add your favorite spices.
  5. Place the lamb on the table, cut side up, fill with herb mixture, and form into a roll. Secure the workpiece with kitchen twine and coat with oil.
  6. Pour wine diluted with water in a ratio of 1 to 1 into a deep baking dish, place a wire rack and place a leg of lamb on top.
  7. Place the meat in an oven preheated to 250 degrees. After ten minutes, reduce the temperature to 150 degrees. After two hours, remove the dish, wrap it in foil and keep in the oven for another 15 minutes. Ready!

Ingredients:

  • 300 g spinach;
  • 300 g broccoli;
  • 4 things. chicken fillet;
  • 1 sweet pepper;
  • 170 g crab meat;
  • 100 g cream;
  • 5 g ginger;
  • Olive oil.

Preparation:

  1. Cut the spinach leaves into strips, place them in a blender bowl, add water, and mix until smooth. Place the mixture on cheesecloth and separate the liquid.
  2. Chop the crab meat thoroughly, add salt, pepper and mix.
  3. Wash the broccoli, divide it into florets, and cut the bell pepper into strips.
  4. Let's move on to the chicken: clean the fillet from fat and films, cut into slices.
  5. Combine pepper, spinach, broccoli with crab meat.
  6. We beat pieces of chicken fillet, season with spices, and spread a thin layer of filling on each one. Wrap and secure with a toothpick.
  7. Place our rolls in a saucepan, pour in olive oil, cream, add spices and simmer under the lid for no more than 25 minutes.

Veal with nuts and vegetables


Another wonderful dish that is appropriate on the New Year's table.

Ingredients:

  • Veal – 900 g.
  • Lard – 110 g.
  • Onion – 2 pcs.
  • Butter – 30 g.
  • Cheese – 170 g.
  • Carrots – 2 pcs.
  • Butter – 60 g.
  • Nuts – 160 g.
  • A bunch of parsley.

Preparation:

  1. Wash the veal, dry it a little, cut it lengthwise, but so that you can open and close it like a book. Lightly beat, season evenly with spices, roll into a roll.
  2. Melt the butter in a saucepan, then remove from the heat to cool to room temperature.
  3. Wash and finely chop the parsley, peel the carrots and place in a saucepan. Fill with water, cook for 20 minutes, cut into strips.
  4. We clean the onion, wash it and finely chop it.
  5. Pour the nuts into a frying pan and heat until a seductive aroma and a rosy hue appear. Let cool, chop, mix with parsley, onions, carrots, butter. Salt the resulting mixture.
  6. Cut the lard and cheese into small pieces. Unwrap the veal and place cheese and lard on it in a checkerboard pattern. Place a mixture of vegetables and nuts on top. Wrap it, securing it tightly with threads.
  7. Add oil to the frying pan and heat it up. Sprinkle the roll with spices, place in a frying pan, fry until golden brown and transfer to the pan. Bake the meat for 1.5 hours at 200 degrees until fully cooked.

Couscous with vegetables

Ingredients:

  • 1 onion.
  • Carrot.
  • Olive oil.
  • 150 g couscous.
  • 1 sweet pepper.
  • 100 g champignons.
  • 1 clove of garlic.

Preparation:

  1. Bring the water in a saucepan to a boil, meanwhile finely chop the onion, chop the pepper into strips, chop the garlic, and grate the carrots on a fine grater.
  2. Let's move on to the champignons: clean and cut into slices.
  3. Pour the couscous into a bowl, add salt, pour boiling water, and cover with a lid. Let it brew for about 15 minutes, then remove the lid and break it to form a crumbly mass.
  4. Add 15 ml of olive oil to the porridge and stir.
  5. Pour the remaining oil into a frying pan, add carrots, peppers, and onions. After a few minutes, add the mushrooms and garlic, mix everything thoroughly.
  6. Simmer the vegetable mixture over low heat until the mushrooms are ready, then add the couscous. After 5 minutes you can serve the dish.

  • Vegetable oil – 150 ml.
  • Baking powder – 1 teaspoon.

    1. Combine the listed ingredients with the exception of glaze and dried fruits in a deep bowl and mix. Add candied fruits, ground nuts and raisins, stir until smooth.

    If you want to make jelly from several layers, then each one should harden one at a time. It will take about 5 hours until it hardens completely, much depends on the quality of the gelatin. You can decorate the jelly with grated chocolate and mint leaves.


    The recipe is incredibly simple, and the cookies turn out delicious.

    Ingredients:

    • ½ cup flour;
    • 50 g sugar;
    • 2 squirrels;
    • vanillin.

    Preparation:

    1. Beat egg whites with sugar, add vanillin and flour. The end result should be a dough resembling pancake dough. Place it in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
    2. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Take a baking sheet and cover it with parchment. Pour the mixture a teaspoon at a time onto a baking sheet and level it with a spatula. Each pancake should be about 8 cm in diameter. I recommend not making more than 4 pancakes on a baking sheet. Bake cookies for no longer than 5 minutes until browned. Prepare your fortune sheets in advance.
    3. Take out the baking sheet, wait 10 seconds and turn the cookies over with a spatula. We put a prediction in each blank and fold it in half, pinching the ends.
    4. We hang the cookies on a cup to obtain the desired shape.

    ADVICE! If you want to give the cookies a special festive look, you can dip them in chocolate and sprinkle with crushed nuts or coconut flakes.

  • 50 g powdered sugar;
  • 50 ml Baileys;
  • 12 pcs. savoiardi cookies;
  • 2 egg whites;
  • 2 tbsp. l. cocoa;
  • Mint.
  • Preparation:

    1. We prepare a cake without baking - tiramisu. Brew coffee, add liqueur and sugar, mix well.
    2. Beat the egg whites until foamy and beat the mascarpone cheese separately.
    3. Gradually add the yolks to the cheese, while beating with a blender until smooth.
    4. Gradually add the protein mass, stirring with a spatula.
    5. Place the cream cheese on the bottom of the glass pan, dip the cookies in coffee syrup and place them on the cream layer. There should be three alternating layers. The top, final one, should be cream, which we decorate with cocoa powder. If desired, add fruit to the tiramisu, for example pineapple.
    6. Place the cake pan in the refrigerator overnight.

    "Pancho with cherries"

    For cream:

    • 650 ml cream 35%;
    • 500 g condensed milk.

    For the ganache:

    • 40 ml cream 20%;
    • 60 g dark chocolate.

    Preparation:

    1. Divide the eggs into yolks and whites, beat the whites until a weak foam appears, gradually add sugar. When the whites form a stable foam, we can add the yolks one at a time, whisking at the same time.
    2. Gradually add flour and mix. You should get a fluffy dough that needs to be placed in the mold. First line the bottom of the pan with parchment paper.
    3. Bake the biscuit at 170 degrees for 40 minutes. The optimal diameter is 21 cm.
    4. As soon as the biscuit is cooked, wait until it cools, then remove from the mold and cut into two parts. The bottom part should be no more than 1.5 cm in height. Cut the second part into small cubes.
    5. Let's move on to the cream. Whip the cream, add condensed milk, beat again. Place biscuit cubes into the resulting cream and mix.
    6. Take a bowl, cover it with cling film, spread half of the cream-biscuit mixture. The second layer should consist of cherries, the next - biscuit cubes with cream, and so on until our delicious mixture is finished.
    7. “Cover” the bowl with the bottom of the biscuit and press down with your hand. Place in the refrigerator overnight.
    8. Before serving, prepare the ganache. Heat the chocolate and cream, but do not boil, stir thoroughly until the chocolate melts completely, and let cool to room temperature.
    9. Meanwhile, chop the nuts, but the pieces should be quite large. We take the cake out of the refrigerator, remove the film, sprinkle with nuts, and pour over the ganache. Our cherry Pancho is ready!
